Who This Coaching Is For

Who my counseling is suitable for — and who it is not

My psychological counseling is designed for women who find themselves in challenging life phases and feel that it is time to reconnect with themselves. If you are seeking clarity, inner strength, emotional calm, and inner peace, I will support you with care, respect, and mindful guidance on your personal journey.

"She took time for every concern, listened attentively, and supported me with professional competence in finding new paths."

My Background & Experience
With roots in Northeast Asia and more than 20 years of life experience in Germany, I accompany women with clarity, empathy, and genuine understanding.

My work is shaped not only by professional knowledge, but above all by personal life experience. As a woman, wife, and mother, my perspective has been influenced by transitions, new beginnings, and periods of profound change. These experiences have strengthened my resilience and deepened my understanding of the challenges many women face.
